For Utah's Pioneer Day this year, we watched the KSL Days of '47 Parade from home (first time in years I've been able to do this... kinda nice not having to run the show again this year). We went swimming, then to Layton's "Taste of the Town." It was a fun night with my family and a great way to sample foods from new restaurants. Cody and the kids brought over some fireworks, so, together with the surrounding neighbors, we put on a pretty good firework show. Not a bad way to end a great day.
