Over the 4th weekend, Chase introduced me to some local Hawaiian cuisine: Mo' Bettah Steaks. It reminded me of a place we frequently ate at on our honeymoon in Maui. I never would have given this place a try (just from looking at it). I loved their Kalua Pork! If you're in the Salt Lake or Bountiful area, you need to give this little gem a try.
