Christmas 2007

Pre-Christmas Festivities:
Gingerbread House-making Party 12/15
Thanks Cacia and Tyler for a fun night of sugar, sugar!

Cook Family Party 12/22
Another year down; Another year older. It's always nice to see the fam and how everyone has changed throughout the year! This year's party was a little more tender than previous year's. Lance and Debbie put more emphasis on Christ's birth and showcased a great slide show presentation of his life and ministry. Grandma brought everyone to tears as she expressed her love for us and how much she's missing Grandpa. Although Chase missed out on the party (due to the BYU Las Vegas Bowl game), it was a special night!

Christmas Eve 12/24
Christmas Eve this year was picture perfect in my opinion. The snow was falling just beautifully! We had the Walker family party at Mark and Mel's house this year. The party consisted of food, gift giving, a "kid's say the darnedest things" video, and the Macarena?! Leave it to Mel to somehow incorporate dancing into a family Christmas party. What a blast. After the party, Chase and all of the siblings slept over at the Oborn's. We exchanged gifts (thanks Cody and Sara for the socks and p.j. pants), read the nativity story from the scriptures and watched Kallie prance around in her one-piece p.j. outfit. Wow, she's got some tight buns! After staying up past 1:30 am, we decided to get to bed so Santa could come...

Christmas Day 12/25
Presents, breakfast, Wii tournaments, more food, more Wii tourneys, "National Treasure," quality time with family and even more Wii tournaments. Overall, it was a great day!

THANK YOU to everyone that made our Holiday this year memorable. We feel so loved!

THANK YOU honey for everything! You're the best. I've loved spending so much time with you! I'm soaking it up while I can.
